mySupermarket has created a Cashback programme for you.

You can now claim money back on a selection of your favourite products, helping you to save even more money on your weekly shopping. You won't find these offers anywhere else; these are exclusively available for mySupermarket shoppers.


How does it work?


  1. Products with a Cashback offer will have a visible Cashback symbol attached to them. You will also be able to find all of our current Cashback offers on our Cashback shelf.
  2. To be eligible to claim your money back, simply add the item with the Cashback icon to your basket, check out from mySupermarket and complete your shop by sending your basket to your chosen store
  3. All of your earned Cashback will be transferred to your PayPal account, following confirmation of the stores' transactions. We may ask you to provide proof that you completed your shop (for example, a photocopy of your final receipt from the store) before transferring any funds.
  4. To start receiving your Cashback, you will need to set up your Cashback account by specifying your PayPal account details on your My Account page.
  5. If you don't have a PayPal account, please select the "I'd like to create a new PayPal account" option on the My Account page and type in your email address. You will then receive an email from PayPal with instructions on how to open your free account. Once the account has been opened, your earned Cashback will be waiting for you in your account.
  6. You will get your money back within 2 months of making the transaction.

Other important information


  1. Cashback may be for the purchase of a certain product, the purchase of a bundle of products or for delivery fees.
  2. Cashback for any eligible product is given up to a certain maximum number of units. We will tell you when you hit the limit.
  3. Our Cashback offers:
    • May be available in certain stores and not in others.
    • May vary from store to store.
    • May be only available to certain groups of shoppers (for example, Mini-Store Subscribers or shoppers who have purchased a certain product in the past).
    • Are for a limited time and are subject to cancellation without advance notice and at our sole discretion.
  4. Some of our Cashback programmes may have additional terms. We will let you know what these are when we present that Cashback programme to you.
  5. Participation in the Cashback programme is subject to compliance with the mySupermarket website terms & conditions
