Booking a delivery slot
With mySupermarket you can book a delivery slot with any of the online supermarkets before you start shopping, or at
any time while shopping with mySupermarket.
You can choose which supermarket to shop with according to which supermarket has a convenient delivery slot for you.
Note: mySupermarket can book delivery for you from Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's or Ocado, but you get your shopping and the delivery
directly from the online supermarket itself.
To book a delivery slot:
- In the home page, sign in or click "Start".
- On the next page, click on "Book a delivery slot".
- Alternatively, click on 'Book a delivery slot' at the bottom of any shopping page, including your Favourites. You'll be shown the table of available delivery slots for your area, in the supermarket you're shopping from.
- Choose one of the available delivery times from the selection. You can book a slot up to three weeks in advance. Click
Next week or Previous week to see available delivery slots for those dates.
Note: Some special offers may expire before the date of your delivery. If so, mySupermarket adjusts your trolley total
to take into account your delivery slot. For example, if an offer expires on 10 August and you've booked a delivery for 12
August, we'll show the normal price of the item in your trolley total.
Note: the online supermarkets reserve your delivery slot for different lengths of time, from one hour to three hours.
