Description
Badger Tanglefoot Premium Ale is a deceptively drinkable golden ale with hints of melon and pear. It smells fruity and of scented hop and cereal. It’s surprisingly light amber colour and has a smooth moretaste and a crisp, dry finish. It does have some sweet and spicy overtones though! Tanglefoot won Double Gold at the Brewing Industry International Awards when first brewed. Badger has been brewing fine ales since 1977. Many years ago the Head Brewer, John Woodhouse, invited his staff to sample his latest creation. On rising to go, he experienced a sudden loss of steering and so unwittingly fell upon a name for this legendary ale. Tanglefoot is ideal for steak and ale pies.
