Description

South Indian Range. Just cook it!!™. Shana Masala Dosa (1 of 4 in Shana's South Indian Range) is the tastiest of it's kind. Masala dosa originated in South India and is generally eaten for breakfast or at tea time. Shana Masala Dosa can be eaten anytime as a snack. It is nutritionally good, easily digestible and is considered the health food of Southern Indian. Masala dosa is a thin crepe made of a fermented batter of lentils (pulses) and rice. This batter is then thinly spread onto a pan and roasted on one side till golden brown in colour. The dosa is served with a stuffing of Alu Curry, which is lightly spiced potato's, tomato and onions along with Coconut chutney. The preparation time lengthy and only the correct mix will deliver the best result. Shana Masala Dosa is convenient and tastes better than making it from the ready mix. To enjoy Shana Masala Dosa simply follow the cooking instructions as mentioned on back of pack. For more information on Shana Masala Dosa or any of the other South Indian Range visit www.shana.tv
