Cashback helps you to save even more money on your weekly shopping. You won’t find these offers anywhere else; these are exclusively available to mySupermarket shoppers.


How do I earn Cashback?

You will find a number of products on our site that have a visible Cashback symbol attached to them. This will show you a Cashback amount either in £’s, pence or a % that you can earn by buying that product. Sometimes the Cashback can be up to 100%, so the product is FREE. We also have a dedicated Cashback shelf on our site – just go to ‘’Offers’ and click on Cashback to see all the Cashback offers available at any one time. To earn Cashback, simply add the item with the Cashback icon to your basket and complete your shop by sending your basket to your chosen store. please note that cashback offers may differ slightly between the website and mobile app. some offers are also targeted to specific audiences and therefore may not be visible and offered to all shoppers. please note that not all cashback offers are offered on both the website and the mobile app. if the cashback offer is not available on the mobile app you will not be able to purchase the item in store and then claim cashback. check that the cashback offer is available on the app before making your in store purchase.

After sending your basket, all your earned Cashback will be recorded in your account as “pending confirmation”. Pending amounts will be transferred over to your PayPal account, once your purchase has been validated. This can take up to 30 days. Please note that, for technical reasons, Cashback will continue to show on your account as “pending” for at least 30 days after the Cashback has been transferred to your PayPal account.

Cashback will not be paid (entirely or in part) if we are unable to validate your purchase. This includes if you did not fulfil all the requirements of the cashback offer. E.g., if the offer was a bundle in which you get £1 cashback on the purchase of 3 products, you will not get cashback if you only eventually buy 2 of these items.

How do mySupermarket Vouchers work?

In addition to Cashback on products, from time to time mySupermarket may send you notices about special promotions through which you can receive vouchers which can be redeemed for more Cashback. These may be subject to your fulfilling certain conditions, such as a shop in excess of a given amount, buying certain products etc.

To redeem your Voucher, enter your eligible mySupermarket Voucher Code in the mySupermarket checkout page and complete your shop by sending your basket to your chosen store. After sending your basket, all your earned Voucher Cashback will be recorded in your account as “pending confirmation”. Pending amounts will be transferred over to your PayPal account, once your purchase has been validated. Voucher Cashback will not be paid (entirely or in part) if we are unable to validate your purchase or if the conditions of the special promotion are not met.

Program Limitations

  1. Programs can be amended and/or cancelled at any time and without prior notice
  2. Programs may be offered to only certain users – e.g., to brand store subscribers or targeted to competitors of a particular product
  3. Programs may have different limits – e.g., one bundle per shop, one product per user
  4. Programs may only be available for online shops (via the site) or in-store shops (via the app). If you add an item to your basket online and then transfer it over to the app, the cashback may not transfer if it’s only for an online shop. If the cashback offer is not available on the mobile app you will Not be able to purchase the item in store and then claim cashback.Check that the cashback offer is available on the app before making your in store purchase.
  5. Eligibility is based on when the shop is completed. For online shops—date shop is sent through to the retailer. For mobile—date receipt and data is submitted via the app. Please submit your receipt on the app within 12 hours of making your purchases otherwise it may not upload.
  6. Cashback is subject to validation. If we cannot validate that the shop was completed and paid for at your chosen store, we will not pay the cashback. There is no need for you to email your receipts but please keep them until AFTER your cashback is paid in case we have a query and we need to see it.
  7. If we see /suspect that a user is abusing the program, we reserve the right to cancel all of his/her cashback (including any portion that is validated), and not pay cashback in the future.
How do I claim my Cashback?

In order to process your Cashback payment, we will need to confirm that your purchase was completed in the selected store. Where possible, we will verify this from the Supermarket itself. If we are unable to do so, we may request that you email us a copy of your delivery receipt to cashback@mysupermarket.com. Please keep your delivery receipt until after you have received your cashback to your PayPal account so that this receipt is available to send to us should we request it. Please note that receipts are often requested from shops made using the mobile app due to unclear photos.

What types of delivery receipt are ok?

If you still have a hard copy of your delivery receipt, simply scan it clearly and email it over to us. This is the receipt that you receive along with your groceries delivery.

If you no longer have this receipt, please take a screenshot of your delivery confirmation on the store website and email it over to us (to do so, login to the store website, and go to the previous orders section in your account). Please note that an email sent from the supermarket with your order details prior to delivery is not a delivery receipt and cannot be used as confirmation for your purchase. Please make sure that the shopper name and address, delivery date/status is stated clearly and that we are able to see all items purchased, together with the final amount.

Please note that any pending Cashback earnings on purchases that we are unable to verify will not be paid.

How long do I have to submit proof of purchase?

If we require a copy of your receipt, we will contact you within 30 days of completion of your shop. Please note that any pending Cashback earnings requiring proof of purchase will expire after 30 days and will not be paid.

Can I claim Cashback when shopping in-store?

You can claim Cashback using the mySupermarket Mobile App! Download the App to your smartphone and use it to create a shopping list and shop in-store.

At this time, mySupermarket Voucher Codes cannot be used on the mobile App.

How do I claim my Cashback on the mobile app?

Once you have added to your list on the app the items you wish to purchase including the items with Cashback, you will be prompted to snap a copy of your receipt of the items purchased in the store. The “Snap Receipt (Redeem Cashback)” button will take you to a page with a camera icon. Please take a photograph on your phone of the receipt and then press the send button. It will automatically upload it to our server to be verified. Please make sure that the receipt is clear and that we are able to see the items purchased, date purchased and store name. If the receipt is unclear it will cause a delay in the receipt of your cashback.

How do I claim Cashback if I use the mySuperList Mobile App to order online for delivery?

If you use the app to send your list and complete your shopping online for delivery, you do not need to upload your delivery receipt via the app.

How can I add or change my PayPal account details? What if I don't have a PayPal account? Is there a limit on how much Cashback I can get?
Yes. Up to £20 Cashback can be earned per shop and no more than £45 per household each calendar month.
How long does it take before I get my Cashback?

It takes up to 30 days to receive Cashback.

Why can I no longer see Cashback on a product?

In some cases, Cashback on a product is limited to one use per user. Where that is the case, once you have received Cashback on a certain product, the promotion will no longer show up the next time you go to shop. In addition, all promotions are for a limited time and are subject to cancellation without advance notice by mySupermarket.

Your eligibility for Cashback is based on the day you complete the shop, and not the day you put the item into your basket. If you start a shop on one day and add Cashback items but only complete the shop on a later date, you will not earn Cashback on items if the promotion has expired in the meantime. For shops using the Mobile app, you must submit your receipt before the promotion expires.

Can I get Cashback for buying the same product more than once?

In most cases, Cashback on a product is limited to one use per shop. Please always check to see that the promotion still appears on your screen before completing your purchase.

Other Cashback promotions may have different rules. Limitations on Cashback on products will appear on the bottom of the product page for the eligible product.

Can I get Cashback on a different shop on the same day from different stores?
