Loyd Grossman Dopiaza Curry Sauce (350g)
Dopiaza means double onion - a little enigmatic, but what that means is onions are added at the start of the cooking and at the end to keep them crunchy.
Dopiaza foes particularly well with beef or lamb. Pen-fry the meat, add the sauce and let is simmer on a low heat 'til its thoroughly cooked, making sure you stir it ocasionally. Serve it with Chapattis or Naan bread.
