Choux Pastry: Water, Free Range Pasteurised Whole Egg, Wheat Flour, Rapeseed Oil, Corn Flour, Emulsifier (Citric Acid Esters of Mono- and Digiycerides of Fatty Acids), Firming Agent (Disodium Diphosphate), Salt.
Chocolate Fondant: Sugar, Wheat Glucose Syrup, Water, Cocoa Mass, Dark Chocolate (6%), Emulsifier (Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids).
Milk Chocolate: Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Mass, Emuisifier (Soya Lecithin), Vanillin, Contains Cocoa Solids 38% Minimum. Milk Solids 20% Minimum.
Dark Chocolate: Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), Contains Cocoa Solids 55% Minimum.
