The recipe for Newmarket sausage was originally created over 120 years ago by James Musk and still in use today.
They are handmade in small batches, using only the finest prime pork shoulder morefrom East Anglian pigs. The pork is mixed with bread that has been boked in the traditional manner, together with our secret blend of spices, then encased in natural skins to give them the succulence for which these proper old fashioned sausages are renowed. less
