When we decided to try a salt and vinegar chip we wanted to use classic Modena vinegar to bring just a little cachet and to make it a bit sweeter - what we didn't know was how long it would take to moreget
that sweet/sharp balance right.
We think we got it in the end - hope you think all the trial and error was worth it!
