We blend over 140 different varieties of cider apples in our mill to create the perfect Bulmers taste. With over 120 years of cider making experience crammed into each bottle you can taste the sunshine in every single drop. Bulmers Original is a full flavoured cider, which is a good balance of the softer culinary apples, combined with bittersweet to provide a depth and character. The addition of a small amount of apple juice softens the tannins and provides an apply sweetness.
