With rich spiced plum and berry fruit aromas and soft spicy berry fruit with gentle toasty oak nuances, this is an easy drinking wine with lingering fruit flavours and fine soft tannins. Alcohol Volume 13.5%. The grapes for this wine were picked at optimum flavour ripeness during the cool of the night and fermented at moderate temperatures to preserve fresh fruit character. A proportion was matured in oak to provide structure and add complexity.
