Clipper Nettle herbal infusion is produced exclusively from the tender young leaves of organically grown nettles. It has a fresh, lively taste, with a bright, grassy colour and distinctive fresh aroma. Traditionally, nettles have been used for centuries both as food and to purify, cleanse and restore.
Once cultivated in Scotland, Denmark and Norway, the first use of NEttle can be traced back to the Bronze Age, as a fibre in cloth making. Now commonly known as painful stinging weed, the young leaves of the nettle plant produced a surprisingly refreshing infusion. Nettle is known to have a wealth of therapeutic applications but is principally known for its diuretic properties.

As with all Clipper products, the paper and card materials use are non-chlorine bleached, from managed sustained forest, are 100% bio-degradable and we use only unbleached tea bag paper.
