  • Jagermeister is a famous spirit based 'shot' that is a world beater. It is made in Germany to a secret blend of 56 herbs, roots and fruits which are combined to create a spirit with a smooth, rich flavor and a distinctive bitter sweet finish. The ingredients are ground and steeped in water and alcohol for 2–3 days. It is then filtered and stored in oak barrels for about a year. After a year it is filtered again and mixed with sugar, caramel, alcohol and water. After one last filter it’s time to be bottled. Best served ice cold as a shot or chaser with a beer!

You can also make some interesting cocktails with Jagermeister! Why not try out the ‘Jagerbomb’ cocktail. To make this simply drop a shot glass of Jagermeister into a glass of Red Bull. Or try out the 'Jagermonster' by mixing Jagermeister with Grenadine and orange juice. If you’re feeling a little more adventurous and want to try mixing this spirit with something else then try the ‘Green Dragon’. It’s made with 60ml gin, 30ml crème de menthe, 15ml Jägermeister, 15ml lime juice, and a few dashes of orange bitters.

  • Angostura aromatic bitters was first made in 1824 by Dr. J.G.B. Siegert in the town of Angostura, Venezuela. Angostura aromatic bitters may be distinguished from all other aromatic bitters by its fine flavour and aromatic odour. At the principal International Exhibitions it has received the highest recognition. Because of its delightful flavour and aroma it has become extremely popular for use in soft drinks, cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. It also imparts an exquisite flavour to soups, salads, vegetables, gravies, fish, meat, fruit-juices, grapefruit, mixed cut-fruits, stewed prunes, stewed figs, preserved fruits, jellies, sherbets, water-ices, ice-cream, sauces for puddings, hard sauces, plum pudding, mince and fruit pies, apple sauce and all similar desserts, regulating the quantity according to taste. Preparation A skillfully blended aromatic preparation of gentian in combination with a variety of vegetable colouring matter. Made with the same ingredients since 1824. For the better guarantee of the genuineness of this aromatic bitters the label on every bottle bears the facsimile of the signature of Dr. J.G.B. Siegert. There are other aromatic bitters but only one Angostura, the brand name under which Dr. J.G.B. Siegert and his successors have sold their product throughout the world since 1830. It does not contain Angostura Bark but derives its name from the fact that it originated in the town of Angostura, Venezuela, renamed Ciudad Bolivar in 1846. By Appointment to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Manufacturers of Angostura Aromatic Bitters Angostura Ltd.
